We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Director to oversee all facility operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, replenishment, logistics, and order fulfillment. This executive-level role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing budgets, enforcing safety compliance, and leading high-performing teams to meet key performance indicators such as order accuracy and on-time delivery.

This is a strategic leadership position focused on process optimization, technology implementation, and talent development to ensure seamless product flow across the operation.

Your Contribution & Impact

Operational Leadership:
Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and storage to maximize safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

Strategic Planning:
Develop long-range operational plans, budgets, and performance improvement strategies to support company growth.

Performance Management:
Monitor KPIs such as cost per unit, inventory turns, and cycle time to identify improvement opportunities.

Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage hiring, evaluations, and staff development while fostering a positive work culture.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT, PACA, Department of Health, and other regulatory standards.

Supply Chain Collaboration:
Work with supply chain partners and internal departments to improve service levels and optimize product flow.

Process Optimization:
Establish and implement best practices, policies, and operating procedures across departments.

Executive Reporting:
Present data, research findings, and operational updates to senior leadership.
