A long-established seafood and fish auction operation is seeking dependable General Labor / Sanitation Associates to support daily auction and facility operations. This role is essential to preparing fish for auction, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, working waterfront environment.
This is a physical, hands-on role ideal for someone who doesn’t mind early mornings, staying active, and being part of a team that supports Hawaiʻi’s fishing and seafood industry.

Your Contribution & Impact
Auction Preparation:
- Pull fish, unload carts, and line up fish for display prior to auction.
Operations Support:
- Assist with running daily auction operations and handling product movement.
Sanitation Duties:
- Clean work areas, floors, and equipment after auctions and throughout the shift.
Material Handling:
- Lift, move, and handle fish and equipment weighing 50 lbs or more.
General Labor:
- Perform additional labor and cleanup duties as assigned to support operations.
Attributes for Success
- Comfortable performing physical labor in a wet, industrial environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
