A busy, well-known restaurant located inside a popular market in the Kahala area is hiring Utility Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks to support kitchen operations across all shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and want to be part of a team that values quality food, teamwork, and strong customer service.

Your Contribution & Impact
Utility Cook:
- Support kitchen operations through cleaning, dishwashing, and assisting with basic prep tasks.
Prep Cook:
- Prepare ingredients for daily service by chopping, portioning, and following recipes and prep lists.
Line Cook:
- Work on the line during service to prepare menu items quickly, accurately, and to quality standards.
Kitchen Support:
- Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and assist with additional duties as assigned.
Attributes for Success
- 1–3 years of food service or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team-oriented and respectful in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working on your feet for long shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Committed to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Some positions may require personal kitchen tools
- TB Clearance
