Your Contribution & Impact
Keep Operations Running:
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and facility systems to ensure reliable operations.
Solve Problems Daily:
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues and replace worn or damaged parts.
Be the Go-To Fixer:
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
Hands-On Work:
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely and effectively.
Improve Systems:
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements.
Work Safely:
- Follow all safety rules, procedures, and maintenance standards.
Attributes for Success
- Mechanical or maintenance experience (industrial preferred)
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet in an industrial environment
