A fast-moving scaffold and construction support operation in Campbell Industrial is looking for an experienced Operations / Facility Supervisor to take full ownership of warehouse performance, staff coordination, and equipment readiness.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows how to keep people productive, inventory organized, and operations running safely every day.

Your Contribution & Impact

Warehouse Operations Leadership:

• Plan, implement, and monitor daily warehouse operations while tracking productivity.

Staff Management:

• Supervise warehouse personnel, train employees, and ensure teams perform safely and efficiently.

Facility & Equipment Readiness:

• Maintain warehouse operations to keep equipment rent-ready without loss of capacity or reliability.

Training & Accountability:

• Train staff on proper maintenance, storage, and safe use of equipment and operational machinery.

Quality Control & Customer Coordination:

• Serve as the QC lead by balancing job/customer inventory and working directly with customers to resolve discrepancies before processing and billing.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure full compliance with OSHA and DOT requirements and enforce all company safety policies.

Process Improvement:

• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, organization, and accuracy.

Shipping & Receiving Oversight:

• Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.

Attributes for Success

• 10+ years of construction trade and/or management experience
• 5+ years in a lead or supervisory role (construction supply or labor crews preferred)
• Familiarity with scaffolding systems and concrete forming systems (helpful, not required)
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Mechanically inclined (electrical motors, drive systems, welding knowledge a plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
