Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $20–$28/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire | Day Shift
We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join a busy operations team in Honolulu. You’ll manage daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to ensure everything runs smoothly—from organizing incoming materials to preparing orders for delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material distribution
- Unload deliveries, check and match purchase orders, and process materials
- Pull and assemble customer orders for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse space
- Record and track inventory using warehouse management software
- Support periodic physical inventory counts
- Ensure items are properly labeled, stored, and ready for delivery
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
- Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally 100 lbs with assistance
- Valid driver’s license; must be 21+ to meet insurance requirements
