A well-established cold storage and distribution operation is seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse functions and coordinate staff in support of critical supply chain operations. This facility plays an important role in storing and distributing temperature-sensitive products to retailers and foodservice partners across the islands.

Your Contribution & Impact
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
Facility Responsibility:
- Open and close the facility and help ensure operations run smoothly.
Cargo Monitoring:
- Monitor container security, product conditions, and temperature compliance.
Inbound / Outbound Control:
- Oversee inbound and outbound cargo handling and communicate with the inbound coordinator on container scheduling.
Inventory & Quality:
- Manage product damages, shortages, and overages, and spot-check product locations for accuracy.
Staff Coordination:
- Schedule team members, approve timecards, and ensure staffing coverage.
Safety & Compliance:
- Participate in safety and sanitation inspections and enforce company policies and procedures.
Equipment Issues:
- Report maintenance or repair needs for warehouse equipment.

- Comfortable supervising people and processes in a logistics setting
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs if needed
