Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Hours: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

A major foodservice distribution warehouse is hiring Warehouse Selector I (Order Pickers) to support order fulfillment operations. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you’ll pick and build customer orders that supply restaurants, schools, and businesses throughout the community.

Your Contribution & Impact

Order Selecting:

  • Pick products and build customer orders accurately for delivery.

Pallet Building:

  • Organize and palletize products to meet order requirements.

Equipment Operation:

  • Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift (training may be provided).

Warehouse Support:

  • Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Temperature-Based Work:

  • Work in dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas depending on product type.

Safety Compliance:

  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Attributes for Success

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 0–1 year relevant experience accepted
  • Ability to lift 10–75 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs as needed)
  • Able to work on your feet for 10–12 hours per shift
  • Comfortable bending, twisting, and reaching while operating equipment
  • Able to work in extreme temperatures (cooler/freezer areas)
  • Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift
  • 1 year warehouse, military, or physically active job experience
  • 1 year order selecting experience
  • 2 years consistent work history preferred
