Are you experienced with heavy equipment and ready to get to work? Whether you operate backhoes, skid steers, excavators—you name it—we need you! We’re actively hiring dependable and skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for multiple 1st shift openings across the Birmingham metropolitan area.

What You’ll Be Doing: Safely operate a variety of heavy machinery (backhoes, skid steers, excavators, etc.)

Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections

Load, move, and grade earth or materials as needed

Work with site supervisors and crews to complete tasks efficiently and safely

Follow all safety protocols and site-specific procedures

Maintain clean and operational equipment

Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience operating heavy machinery (backhoes, skid steers, excavators, etc.)

Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety practices

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability

Must be punctual, coachable, and able to follow site directions
