Shipyard Laborer – Full-Time (Day Shift) | $20/hr | Honolulu
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime Available
Join a fast-paced shipyard team where you’ll work hands-on, support skilled trades, and learn valuable industrial skills. Whether you're new to the field or have experience, this is a great opportunity to grow in a high-demand industry.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and general site support
- Work alongside mechanical, electrical, painting, and trade teams
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions closely
- Perform general labor tasks in outdoor industrial environments
- Support ongoing shipyard operations in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year general labor experience preferred (not required — we can train!)
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation required
Physical & Screening Requirements
- Must be able to pass DBIDS background screening
- Must complete respirator fit test & certification (we assist with this!)
