Culinary Team Member

Location: Homewood Area
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Days: 5 days on / 2 days off

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Culinary Team Member to join our hotel food service team. This is a hands-on position that supports the daily breakfast and kitchen operations. The team member will rotate between dishwashing, cooking, and busperson duties to help keep the kitchen and dining area running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and other food items according to hotel standards.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep kitchen, food preparation, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Bus and clear tables in the dining area.
• Restock food, beverages, dishes, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Assist other culinary team members during busy periods.
• Provide friendly and professional service to hotel guests.
• Perform other kitchen and dining-area duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, restaurant, kitchen, or food-service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties.
• Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies as needed.
• Must be willing to perform a variety of duties, including cooking, dishwashing, and bussing tables.

Schedule & Compensation

• $15.00 per hour
• 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 5 days on / 2 days off
• Early-morning availability is required.
