Now Hiring: Forklift Associate – Full Time – $16hr-$20hr
Location: Pinson, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
Pay: $16-$20/hour | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire Opportunities

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize incoming supplies
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments
• Operate forklift to move and handle materials (no certification required)
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all basic safety procedures
• Work in indoor, industrial environments — may be hot, sweaty, dirty, and dusty

Requirements

• Able to lift 35+ lbs regularly; bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable in physically demanding, industrial conditions
• Must wear PPE: steel-toe boots, jeans, long sleeves, hard hat
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic – punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Resume required for forklift positions
• No felonies or pending charges
• Must pass drug screen and background check

Shift Details

Forklift Tech (Pinson): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Friday — no weekends or holidays
