Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Sharonville, OH
Compensation:$20-23 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal
· Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs of warehouse equipment and building systems
· Report major repair needs to supervisors or facility managers
· Maintain a safe, organized, and hazard-free work environment
· Assist with loading/unloading, as needed
· Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previous maintenance experience
· Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
· Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
