About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee critical business operations including SAP system management, financial processes, and workplace safety coordination. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & SAP Operations
- Execute SAP activities including expense management and budget preparation for internal reporting
- Code and process bills, invoices, and vendor payments with accuracy
- Create and manage purchase orders through the SAP system
- Support month-end financial processes and reporting
Administrative & Event Management
- Organize and participate in company events, conferences, and corporate functions
- Maintain comprehensive filing systems and document management protocols
- Coordinate shipping and receiving operations for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory levels for general consumables and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) supplies
Health & Safety Coordination
- Ensure health and safety policies remain current and compliant
- Manage monthly North America safety reporting to HSE Director
- Oversee R&D Center Safety Plus access management for personnel
- Serve as Key User for FisherSolve database administration
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum 5 years of relevant professional office management experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning and project coordination
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ERP system experience required - SAP experience strongly preferred
- Database management capabilities
- Experience with inventory management systems
