The Client Services Financial Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to existing clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing guidance on investment strategies and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Attend and document Advisor/Client meetings
  • Generate additional relationships through repeat and referral business
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and requests.

Financial Planning & Guidance:

  • Review and analyze client portfolios, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Assist clients with financial planning needs
  • Provide guidance on investment strategies, including asset allocation and portfolio diversification.
  • Educate clients on financial concepts and market trends.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., trading, operations) to ensure seamless client service.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare client reports and presentations.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Series 65 and Insurance License required
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of investment principles, financial planning concepts, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM, Financial Planning Software, and industry platforms
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to client satisfaction.
