Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Technician (Experienced)
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: 1st shift, M–F, 8AM – 5:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays if a weekday is rained out)
Overview We are hiring experienced Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Technicians to support commercial and government property maintenance projects. This is a seasonal position with the potential for permanent hire.
Primary Duties May Include:
- Pulling weeds
- Cutting grass
- Picking up trash
- Laying sod
- Planting and mulching
- Installing rock, cement, lighting, and related materials
- Digging for drainage (as needed)
- General outdoor property maintenance tasks **Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Must be** 21 years of age or older**
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 2 points)
- May be required to operate a company vehicle
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/temperatures
