We’re hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate** for a steel manufacturing company that manufactures and ships large slabs of steel. This full-time position pays $17/hr and is a great opportunity to get started in the industrial field. No prior warehouse experience is required, but crane operation and steel cutting experience are a plus!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading steel products

  • Use pallet jacks and other basic equipment to move materials

  • Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy

  • Help keep the shipping area clean and organized

  • Support team with general warehouse tasks

  • Learn and follow all safety procedures

  • Opportunity to train on crane operation and basic steel cutting

Preferred Experience (not required)

  • Crane operation

  • Steel cutting or handling heavy materials

  • Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and punctual

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and safety
