Job Title: General Laborer / Shoveler

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer / Shoveler for an industrial work site in Bessemer, AL. This role involves manual labor in a mineral processing environment, including handling raw materials and assisting with site operations. The position requires working in a dusty, dirty setting and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Duties include shoveling materials, performing general labor tasks, assisting with cleanup, and supporting day-to-day site operations. Candidates must be comfortable working around industrial equipment and following all safety procedures.
