As an independent brokerage with access to 10+ carrier partners, we've grown year over year — closing out 2025 with nearly** $3 million in premium sales.** But the numbers we're proudest of aren't the sales. They're the families we've protected and the agents who've built real success here.
We're building something bigger, and we're looking for the right people to build it with us.

This is a 1099, 100% commission opportunity. There is no salary or hourly wage.
And getting your license is only the beginning. A license gives you permission to begin learning. It does not make you a professional. Your habits, discipline, skill, character, and consistency determine what happens next.
