Smith Family Agency is hiring motivated, coachable individuals for an Insurance Sales Agent opportunity. Whether you are new to insurance or already have experience in sales, we provide training, mentorship, and a proven lead system designed to help you succeed.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, strong support, and the ability to grow their income based on performance. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads and help individuals and families find life and health insurance solutions that fit their needs.

You will work with warm leads generated through our system, so you can focus on helping interested clients rather than chasing cold prospects.
Training and licensing support

What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients virtually to understand their life and health insurance needs
- Guide clients through coverage options and help them choose solutions that fit their goals and budget
- Work warm, pre-qualified leads provided through our system
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up consistently and manage your schedule effectively
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Organized and comfortable managing your own workflow
- Must reside in the U.S.
Helpful, but not required
- Experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Previous insurance experience
- Active health or life insurance license
No prior insurance experience or license is required to apply. If selected, a health and life insurance license will be required, and we provide full support to help you get licensed.
