Job Title: Industrial Spray Finisher – Custom Wood Railings
Looking to join a fast-paced custom wood shop specializing in high-quality railings, handrails, and architectural wood components? We want to hear from you!
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 1st shift
Pay
· $20/hr BOE
Responsibilities
Spray clear lacquer on custom wood railings, handrails, and related products Operate and maintain industrial spray equipment Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment Load, move, and carry racks throughout the shift (medium lifting required) Ensure consistent finish quality and attention to detail
Requirements
2+ years of experience using industrial spray equipment Experience spraying clear lacquer required Background in cabinet or furniture finishing preferred Ability to maintain speed and quality in a production-driven environment
Note: Residential/house painting experience alone is typically not a fit due to production speed requirements.
Good upper body strength and ability to frequently carry racks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
