We’re seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. This is a remote position with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential. You’ll help clients find the right coverage to meet their needs while building lasting relationships and a strong book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build client relationships through calls, referrals, and online outreach
  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate life, health, and supplemental insurance products
  • Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations

Requirements

  • Active life & health insurance license or willingness to obtain quickly (we can help)
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and self-management skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected annual compensation: $50,000–$100,000+ (uncapped)
