We’re seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. This is a remote position with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential. You’ll help clients find the right coverage to meet their needs while building lasting relationships and a strong book of business.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build client relationships through calls, referrals, and online outreach
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate life, health, and supplemental insurance products
- Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
Requirements
- Active life & health insurance license or willingness to obtain quickly (we can help)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and self-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

- Expected annual compensation: $50,000–$100,000+ (uncapped)
