Heavy lifter, general labor duties.
$18-20 per hour
Monday-Friday 1st shift

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements

Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)

Maintain accurate inventory records

Organize and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment

Perform other general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

Ability to lift up to [50 lbs or other weight] and stand for long periods

Basic math and reading skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Forklift certification a plus (not required)
