Virtual Assistants are paid a set rate for each of their clients, this rate is determined by the clients plan size. Client plan sizes are listed below: Entrepreneur 12 hour plan ($549) = VA is paid $236/month Startup 24 hour plan ($849) = VA is paid $366/month Small Business 36 hour plan ($1249) = VA is paid $538/month Team 50 hour plan ($1699) = VA is paid $733/month Pay is processed every other Friday and issued via Direct Deposit. After 6 months tenure, VA's revenue split can increase and is dependent on plan utilization and client retention. VA's work on a collaborative consumption model which means all VA's work with multiple clients There are also additional ways to make income at Zirtual which will be discussed later on in the interview process.

The Virtual Executive Assistant is a 1099 independent contractor (remote - work from home) position which will be supporting multiple clients with core administrative support.

Pay

Virtual Assistants are paid a set rate for each of their clients, this rate is determined by the clients plan size. Client plan sizes are listed below:

  • Entrepreneur 12 hour plan ($549) = VA is paid $236/month
  • Startup 24 hour plan ($849) = VA is paid $366/month
  • Small Business 36 hour plan ($1249) = VA is paid $538/month
  • Team 50 hour plan ($1699) = VA is paid $733/month Pay is processed every other Friday and issued via Direct Deposit. Skills Assessment

  • The Skills Assessment is done prior to being offered a position with Zirtual. -The Skills Assessment is done virtually and spread across two days. The first day you will attend 2 one hour classes. Following this everything is self-led and must be successfully completed to be offered a role at Zirtual.
  • This will allow us to gauge your abilities in real time and ensure that you are the right fit for Zirtual and that Zirtual is the right fit for you.
  • The VA will receive a $50 bonus when they accept and begin working with thier first client.

Requirements

  • Must be available 9am-6pm EST or PST M-F to work with clients
  • Responding and adhering to the 2-hour response time for all communication with clients and Zirtual management
  • Sending weekly usage emails to each of your clients
  • Maintaining up-to-date client profiles
  • Accurately tracking billable and non-billable time utilization in Harvest
  • Following all processes and protocols in place by Zirtual Management
