Job Description

The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist 1 will perform a variety of tasks related to cash processing on personal credit lines on the MSP servicing system. Responsible for ensuring accurately processing of daily task assignments related to payment and payoff transactions. Consumer Loan Servicing is a fast paced, highly regulated environment. Positions in this job family must adhere to written policies and procedures and will be regularly audited to ensure compliance.

Job Description:

Process timely loan payments and payoff funds on personal lines of credit. Maintenance of transactions per both internal and external requests. Complete reconciliations of reports related to payments and payoffs. Provide accurate account information to both internal and external customers. Review and conduct account level research as it relates to payments and payoffs. Processing of daily incoming and outgoing mail. Handle customer issues related to payments and payoffs via phone calls or written correspondence. Special projects and all other job duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 or more years’ experience in Loan Servicing/Operations Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications:

Prior MSP or payoff experience is highly preferred Knowledge of personal credit line products Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional demeanor and grammar Problem solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills Open and receptive to change and must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated organizational skills including strong attention to detail
