Job Description
Manages the daily activities for the second shift Check Services Item Processing area comprised of non-exempt employees. Ensures that the area is adequately staffed and that all personnel are trained. Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make the area more efficient. Plans and schedules the activities within the area of responsibility and coordinates activities with other areas as required. Resolves the more complex working problems. Prepares, maintains and/or monitors reports in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Ensures quality of service level is maintained.
This position is available for Hybrid working.
The shift for this role is 5pm-2am Monday-Friday.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 or more years of Team Lead, and/or Supervisory experience
1 or more years of banking and/or operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
