Job Description Huntington Bank is looking for a Master Data and Metadata Analyst Sr for the Enterprise Data organization led by the Chief Data and Architecture Officer (CDAO). In this role, you will report to the Enterprise Master Data and Metadata Leader. If you consider data as a strategic asset, evangelize the value of good data and insights, are passionate about developing business requirements for metadata data, and have a deep understanding of implementing metadata and reference data capabilities, this role is for you.

This position will work on a new team that is responsible for efficiently building and delivering master data and metadata processes and tools to applicable end users via a tight partnership with technology (data teams and CIOs), the office of the CDAO, business support units, and other key stakeholders.

Metadata Data Management

Partner with business data curators (stewards) to implement enterprise business glossary within an agile framework Define and execute tactical enhancements based on business needs and overall metadata management strategy Manage metadata repository containing business terms, critical data elements, and technical metadata Support the implementation of metadata management solution based on business needs Create and maintain documentation related to the metadata repository Ensure compliance with data and information security policies Responsible for maintaining quality and integrity of the metadata tools Master / Reference Data Management

Define and document enterprise-wide master and reference data Build business requirements for master and reference data Develop processes to enable on-going stewardship of data Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing Support projects to evolve our master and reference data repositories Support project teams to identify and source relevant master and reference data Responsible for maintaining quality and integrity of the master and reference data Support identification of master and reference data tools and their implementation Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree At least five years of experience with administering a metadata management solution (ASG Rochade or other solution technology) At least five years of hands-on experience working with master data and metadata frameworks Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Alation, Collibra, Infogix or related technologies Well-developed negotiation, influencing, and partnership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledgeable and experienced with data management processes, reference data, systems and technologies Working experience of data architecture, data warehousing, and big data design Working experience identifying and managing critical data elements Business outcome focused Demonstrated perseverance
