Job Description

Performs outbound sales calls to explore customers' financial needs with a focus on building and broadening existing customer or business relationships using multiple HNB products. Explains the features and benefits of alternate financial solutions and makes sales referrals to specialized areas. Makes sales referrals to specialized areas, e.g., Insurance and Mortgage, using available tools and technology such as NML and the FHQ account opening workflow, etc. Demonstrates initiative, discipline and ability to consistently meet specific efficiency targets and production goals. Maintains up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations. Complies fully with quality and risk standards. May take on short-term inbound call support or additional outbound calling projects as needed. NOTE: This position is considered to be a Mortgage Loan Originator under the SAFE Act and Loan Originator under the Truth in Lending Act. Registration and additional qualifications required.
