The Process Specialist opening in the Document Imaging team located is at the Easton office @ 7 Easton Oval, Columbus, Ohio. This is a full time position working Monday- Friday 8:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Position Description:

Under direct supervision performs various functions that are routine to moderately complex in nature. The Document Imaging team is responsible for turning physical paper documents into electronic images to be loaded to Huntington’s electronic document archive.

Detailed Description:

Responsible for receiving, sorting and preparing various products. Paper documentation for ingestion into Huntington electronic document archive. Prepare physical documents; utilize high-speed scanners to convert the paper into electronic images. Once converted to electronic images, review the images, classify the documents, and key the appropriate data that is stored with the electronic document. Perform additional tasks, such as research, quality review and reporting. Support Huntington’s commitment to continuous improvement by identifying and proposing process improvement ideas to increase the team’s efficiency, quality, and service levels. Provide the best customer service by meeting service level standards and being customer focused. Expand job responsibilities to perform various functions within the department.
Adaptability – able to adapt to change, process changes, and schedule changes, etc. per Business need. Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years’ work experience business environment Preferred Qualifications:

Basic computers skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume production environment, with production and quality demands. Must be able to work independently and multi-task. Must be able to work within defined deadlines and Service Levels. Ability to follow instructions and have strong attention to detail. Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ten key and data entry experience is strongly preferred. Experience and comfort level working with a PC and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook email preferred. Must be a team player, energetic, have a positive attitude, and be able to work within a large department. Must be able to file in alpha order. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
